
(Patria) - General Secretary of the FA/SF BiH Adnan Džemidžić visited the professional staff and players of the women's "A" national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina today in Zenica, who are preparing for the upcoming qualifying matches for the 2027 World Cup against Lithuania and Liechtenstein.
During the visit, Džemidžić wished the national team players good luck and success in the upcoming matches, convinced that this team has the quality, unity, and character to meet the challenges that await them on the road.
He also emphasized that he believes the women's selection, following the recent qualification of the men's national team for the World Cup, can achieve a notable result and make a step forward in their qualifications.
The national team players of Bosnia and Herzegovina continue their preparations in Zenica, from where they will travel to away games in Lithuania, then to Liechtenstein, with the aim of winning new points and continuing their positive streak.
The Dragons will stay at the FA/SF BiH Training Camp until Sunday morning when they travel to Lithuania.
Head coach Selver Hodžić previously stated that the atmosphere in the national team is excellent.
The match against Lithuania is on April 14th, and against Liechtenstein on April 18th. The Liechtenstein national team remembers the previous encounter well because our Dragons finished the match with a score of 13:1.
