Believe it or not: Israeli team fails to score a single point in a quarter

(Patria) - It is rare to see a professional basketball team fail to score a single point in 10 minutes of play.

And that is exactly what happened in last night's match of the 12th round of the Israeli championship between Galil Elyon and Hapoel Tel Aviv.

Despite having the home-court advantage, Galil Elyon was held scoreless in the second quarter.



The visitors won that period 22:0. And in the end, as expected, they celebrated a 79:64 victory in the match.

Hapoel Tel Aviv is first in the Israeli league standings with an 11-1 record, while Galil Elyon is sixth with a 5-7 record.
