Chaos in Novi Sad: Vučić turned the fair into an SNS call center, opposition activists tried to enter the building

(Patria) - A minor clash between activists and opposition politicians and the police occurred at the Novi Sad Fair, right in front of the entrance to the SNS call center.

According to an N1 Serbia reporter on the scene, opposition activists are trying to enter the Fair building after it was discovered earlier today that the Novi Sad Fair, similar to the Banjica Sports Center in Belgrade, had been turned into an SNS call center.

N1 reports that the doors are being guarded by police officers and one person in civilian clothes. At least three police patrols have arrived at the scene.

Borislav Novaković from the Serbian People's Movement is also present. He reminded that the City Election Commission is located at the same place, and that the votes of the citizens of Novi Sad will be counted there tonight.

Several people ran out of another exit of the Novi Sad Fair with equipment in their hands, N1 reports.

Local Radio 21 broadcast footage showing thick smoke billowing towards the opposition activists and water being sprayed at them from inside the room.
