Goal fest in Dortmund and Barcelona: Borussia and PSG in the Champions League semi-finals

(Patria) - Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and Borussia Dortmund have qualified for the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League.

The French giants were better than Barcelona away from home in the second leg of the quarter-finals tonight, winning 4:1, and advancing to the semi-finals with a 6:4 aggregate score.

However, it was Barcelona who took the lead tonight, with Raphinha scoring in the 12th minute. But the Catalans were reduced to ten men on the field in the 29th minute, as Araujo received a direct red card.

The Parisian club took advantage of the extra man in the 40th minute. Barcola made an excellent run down the left wing, delivered a sharp cross, and Dembele tapped the ball into the net at the far post.

The French team took the lead in the 55th minute. After a corner, the ball reached Vitinha, who fired a powerful shot from 20 meters, beating Ter Stegen for a 2:1 lead.

In the 39th minute, Borussia doubled their lead through Maatsen. Already at the very beginning of the second half, specifically in the 49th minute, Atletico reduced the deficit with an own goal by Hummels. The Spanish team equalized in the 64th minute, with Correa as the scorer.

Borussia regained the lead in the 71st minute. Sabitzer crossed from the left wing, and Fullkrug sent the ball behind Oblak's goal. Just three minutes later, Sabitzer set the final score at 4:2.
