(Patria) - FIFA has started testing new technology, which will give coaches two opportunities to request a video review during a match.
If the referee changes their decision after the challenge, the coach gets a new opportunity and retains the right to two more reviews, writes the Spanish Marca.
"We intend to develop and improve the VAR system, and 65 national football associations have already implemented VAR. Now there is simpler technology with fewer cameras and without the need for match officials, which makes it more accessible to everyone," said Gianni Infantino, president of the World Football House - FIFA, Vijesti.me reports.
