Eva Sužnjević broke the junior national record of Bosnia and Herzegovina in figure skating at a competition in Austria

(Patria) - At the international inter-club figure skating competition “Eiscup 2024”, traditionally held for the 28th time in Innsbruck, Austria, from November 8 to 10, members of the figure skating club “Ice Group” from Sarajevo, accompanied by their coach Sergey Yuferev, who competed for the first time this season and in new, stronger categories, achieved exceptional results.

Bosnia and Herzegovina's junior representative, Eva Sužnjević, with confident performances in both the short and free programs, achieved a total score of 92.64 points and won 5th place, while also surpassing the junior national record of Bosnia and Herzegovina for female skaters, the club announced.

Ada Korić also made her first appearance in the Advance Novice category, winning 3rd place and a bronze medal with 86.21 points, and Sara Mujčić took 13th place with a solid 58.83 points. Finally, our youngest representative at this competition, Đula Šuta, in her first performance in the Basic Novice (2) category, won 16.92 points and took 27th place in her category with her best personal result to date.
