(Patria) - The England national team tonight at St James' Park stadium in Newcastle easily celebrated a victory over Bosnia and Herzegovina in a friendly match with a score of 3-0.
The European vice-champions easily dealt with the Dragons in preparation for the Euros, who were led by coach Sergej Barbarez from the bench in his debut appearance.
England secured the win with goals in the second half, after the first half ended goalless, writes Faktor.ba.
Palmer scored the opening goal from a penalty in the 60th minute. The home team was aided by VAR, which intervened after a challenge between Dunk and Tahirović in the penalty area.

England had a corner, and the BiH midfielder pulled the English defender's jersey. The referee, after a call from the VAR room, decided to review the footage and award a penalty.
Gareth Southgate's team thus capitalized on their better start to the second half and the pressure they put on the Dragons.
In the 85th minute, Arnold, after an assist from Grealish, doubled the lead and settled the outcome in Newcastle, and in the 89th minute, Kane scored the final goal for 3-0.

The proud Albion had more of the play in the first half, complete ball control, but not many chances.
The hosts threatened through Watkins in the 9th minute, then in the 28th after a scramble in front of the BiH goal, but Vasilj saved brilliantly on both occasions.

The Dragons successfully thwarted England's other attacks, but to be fair, they did not create a single clear chance.
In his debut appearance, Barbarez gave opportunities to six debutants. Nikola Katić, Stjepan Radeljić, and Armin Gigović played from the start, while Denis Huseinbašić, Dženis Burnić, and Tarik Muharemović received chances from the bench.
BiH's next match is on Sunday in Empoli against Italy.
