Domestic capital strengthens: AS Holding becomes majority owner of Bosnalijek

(Patria) - (Patria) - The AS Holding group has become the largest single owner of the company Bosnalijek d.d. Sarajevo, after the takeover process was successfully completed and more than 37% of shares were acquired. This gives AS Holding decisive influence in the largest pharmaceutical company in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Bosnalijek currently operates in more than 20 international markets, with representative offices and subsidiaries in the region and the European Union. Its portfolio includes numerous medicines, brands, and licenses, and the company also has its own research and development capacities.
