House of Peoples of PS BiH adopts amendments to the Law on AF BiH, age limit for soldiers to remain in service increases

(Patria) - The Bill on Amendments to the Law on Service in the Armed Forces of BiH, in its second reading, proposed by delegate Džemal Smajić, was adopted at today's emergency session of the House of Peoples of the PS BiH.

This law will be sent to the House of Representatives of the PS BiH for adoption.

These amendments increase the age limit for military service for soldiers from 40 to 45 years.

However, an amendment by Kemal Ademović, who proposed increasing the age limit to 49 years of age, became an integral part of the law.

Therefore, such a proposal will be sent to the House of Representatives of the PS BiH.
