Djokovic withdraws from Roland Garros due to injury

(Patria) - Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic has withdrawn from further competition at Roland Garros due to a right knee injury.

Djokovic was scheduled to play his quarter-final match tomorrow against Norway's Casper Ruud.


Djokovic advanced to the quarter-finals of the Grand Slam in Paris by defeating Argentina's Francisco Cerundolo 3-2 in sets.

Djokovic injured himself in the second set of that match after a slip.
