Čović from Zagreb undermines BiH's sovereignty, 'Trojka' celebrates negotiations over the weekend despite weakening the country on that path!

What kind of Bosnia and Herzegovina Croatia sees within the European Union is best illustrated by the ovations for Dragan Čović, who announced at the General Assembly of HDZ that Wednesday, April 17th, the day of the Croatian elections, will be a non-working day in BiH as well!

The applause that filled the hall clearly indicates the policy that HDZ cherishes, the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina's sovereignty, and how Zagreb views it!

And they haven't stopped dealing with the internal affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, not even today. Whenever they can, and they try to do so almost daily, Croatian politicians try in every possible way to influence the political situation in their neighboring country.
They are helped in this by their outposts in the form of Dragan Čović and HDZ BiH, who loves Andrej Plenković more than the entire country he lives in.

It is clear to any layman that with such a constitutional system, which includes certain Croatian parties and certain Croatian cantons, Zagreb will continue to interfere in the internal affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The silence of the 'Trojka' leaders is concerning, as they remain immune to everything, continuing to chant that compromise is all BiH needs, but they fail to show us what HDZ and SNSD have given in that compromise. And, to be clear, the 'Trojka' has given a lot to the country.

That is why Elmedin Konaković sees nothing wrong with his statement that 'it is not fair for someone else to choose representatives for Croats,' while he has no problem with Čović declaring holidays from Zagreb so that children do not go to school, and HDZ voters supporting Andrej Plenković in the elections!

He has gotten himself into a difficult position, with Zoran Milanović also involved, so Nermin Nikšić's silence is not surprising, perhaps a few votes might go to SDP Croatia as well.

And therefore, until we learn it by heart, it must be repeated that Zagreb, through the international community, specifically the Office of the High Representative (OHR), has managed to achieve certain goals in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Unfortunately, these goals have weakened our country, which has definitively opened additional space for Zagreb, as well as Belgrade, to pursue their policies in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Belgrade and Zagreb have neither extinguished aspirations nor are they bothered by anything on that path. Zagreb's appetite for Bosnia and Herzegovina has grown, as they have realized that they can implement their policies in Bosnia and Herzegovina with the help of the international community – directly from Brussels!

And all this while the 'Trojka' boasts about the possibility of opening negotiations, even though they fundamentally know that it means nothing and that progress has not been made, but rather geopolitical relations have simply changed with the start of the war in Ukraine. It is certainly not because BiH is becoming a democratic country with a strong rule of law. Unfortunately, the opening of negotiations will not mean improvement for the citizens, but rather security for Zagreb that it will continue to strengthen its influence through Brussels, primarily in Herzegovina.

And that is why they persistently invent alleged Bosniak demographic opportunism and some fabricated security problems. There is no adequate response to these fabrications, just as there are no reactions to the days off for elections in Croatia.

And do you know why? Because the institutions of BiH have never been weaker, and it is precisely on these weaknesses that the strength of Belgrade and Zagreb grows.

And no negotiations will fundamentally bring prosperity to Bosnia and Herzegovina without its strong state institutions, which in this case seem to be of no importance to anyone!
