Bosna defeated Borac in Borik and won the BiH Cup "Mirza Delibašić"

(Patria) - Bosna BH Telecom basketball players defeated Borac in Borik 98:70, thus winning their first trophy of the season, the title of the winner of the Cup of Bosnia and Herzegovina "Mirza Delibašić".

The beginning of the match belonged to the Students. Bosna was led by Young Jr. and Halilović, and the first quarter went to Muhamed Pašalić's team 22:21.

At the start of the second quarter, the hosts took the initiative and made a comeback, on the wings of a brilliant Talić, but the Sarajevo club fought back.

They made a significant run and went into halftime with a 47:35 lead.

After 20 minutes of basketball, Young was brilliant with 17 points, Halilović and Atić scored eight points each, while Talić was the most inspired player for the Banja Luka team with 11 points.

The Students maintained a double-digit lead in the third quarter, and in the end, they crushed Borac, going up by a large 22 points (77:55) going into the decisive ten minutes.

Until the end of the match, Bosna only increased their lead and deservedly won their first trophy of the season.

The best player of the final was Michael Young Junior with 26 points. He was followed by Plummer with 16 and Kovačević with 13 points.

For Borac, Talić was the most inspired with 20 points, while Cooper and Mirotić added 10 points each.

Although the start of the match was marked by an interruption of the BiH anthem, the Students showed a great performance in a not-so-friendly atmosphere.
