(Patria) - Bosnia and Herzegovina will host the new edition of the Golden Nations League, the strongest European national team competition in sitting volleyball.
The competition will be held in Sarajevo from May 24 to 26, and will feature the national teams of Croatia, Serbia, Germany, Poland, Ukraine, and the host Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“The European Sitting Volleyball Federation has recognized our country as a host capable of handling competitions of the highest caliber. After hosting the Golden League, which our national team also won, and the World Championship where we were defeated in the final match by the Iranian national team, we once again have the opportunity to host the best European teams,” stated the Sitting Volleyball Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The selected players of Ifet Mahmutović are ready to welcome the competition, which will serve as an excellent prelude to their appearance at the Paralympic Games, where they will seek the opportunity to win new medals.
The competition will be held at the Arena of Hotel Hills, and entry will be open to all spectators.
