Bosna welcomes Crvena zvezda and hopes to continue good run

(Patria) - In the 9th round of the AdmiralBet ABA League, Sarajevo's Bosna BH Telecom hosts the third-placed EuroLeague team Crvena zvezda Meridianbet. The match is played on Monday at 17:00 in the Zetra hall.

Both teams in Group B of the ABA League have a record of 4 wins and 3 losses. The Students enter this match in excellent form – in the last 10 games they have achieved an impressive record of 8 wins and only 2 losses, which promises top-quality basketball and a great fight in front of a full house.

The match was announced by Students captain Haris Delalić: “A very tough and demanding match awaits us, but we are looking forward to it with great anticipation. The opponent – a EuroLeague team in serious form – needs little introduction. Crvena zvezda comes to Sarajevo after so many years, which is a great motivation for us to present ourselves in the best light. Before the international break, we were in an excellent rhythm of victories and I hope we will continue like that. I expect a full Zetra on Monday, to create a great atmosphere and show the audience good basketball.”

Coach Muhamed Pašalić added: “We are hosting a team that is at the top of the EuroLeague. Crvena zvezda is a team composed of top individuals, with a clear system and a winning mentality, so it is unnecessary to particularly emphasize their quality. For us, this is an opportunity to test ourselves against one of the best teams in Europe and see where we currently stand.

"The match comes at a time when we had a good rhythm and a series of wins behind us, with several new players who are still integrating into our system. Our focus is to be brave, tough and disciplined from the first to the last minute, to respond with energy and concentration.

I look forward to a full Zetra and the support of our fans – that energy will mean a lot to our players. We will give our best to present ourselves in the best light and be good hosts," they said from KK Bosna.
