Borac, with the help of the referee, an extra player, and a penalty, sinks Sarajevo in Banja Luka

(Patria) - Borac from Banja Luka sank the Sarajevo team tonight at home with a score of 5:1 in the derby of the 5th round of the BiH Premier League.

Sarajevo's defense pushed the boundaries - after conceding four goals against Radnik, the Bordo team has now gone a step further, writes Faktor.

Fans in the city on the Vrbas river witnessed a fantastic first half and saw three goals after just 22 minutes of play.

Borac took the lead in the 13th minute. Juričić scored. The home team took a corner, the ball bounced to the unmarked Juričić who found the net.

Sarajevo equalized six minutes later. Jatta found Beganović, who entered the penalty area and found Mlinarić, who scored for 1:1.

However, just three minutes later, Sarajevo's goalkeeper was once again picking the ball out of his net. Paskalev gifted Borac, heading the ball back towards Ristovski - it was short, the Sarajevo player slipped, which Hrelja exploited, went one-on-one with the goalkeeper and scored routinely.

Sarajevo missed a great chance to equalize again in the 35th minute when Ljajić headed the ball wide of the post from four meters out, completely unmarked.

Jurkas made a spectacular save to deny Mlinarić's acrobatic attempt three minutes later, and in the 42nd minute, Sarajevo equalized with a goal from Kyeremeh.

However, after a review in the VAR room, referee Topalović determined that Mlinarić had handled the ball before the goal. A questionable situation, to say the least.

Sarajevo started the second half with the aim of scoring. Jurkas saved Guliashvili's shot with his foot in the 48th minute.

The key moment of the match occurred in the 64th minute when Jatta received his second yellow card, and thus a red card, after a foul on Vuković.

Just three minutes later, a penalty was awarded to Borac after a duel between Ristovski and Savić. The VAR room intervened again.

Banić saved Vuković's penalty, but Juričić pounced on the rebound, passed it back to Vuković, who was accurate this time.

Vuković scored for 4:1 in the 81st minute, and Juričić, with his second goal of the match, set the final score at 5:1 in the 83rd minute.
