(Patria) - Borac defeated Zrinjski 3-0 in the big derby of the 21st round of the Premier League.
Banja Luka now has a four-point lead in the title race and a great situation. Their views on the match after the derby were given to Arena Sport by coaches Vinko Marinović and Igor Štimac, writes Faktor.
Štimac immediately mentioned the disallowed goal for his team after a call from the VAR room.
- The second goal was a shock for us. We conceded immediately at the start of the second half, and we also scored. VAR cut us down, we lost the thread of the game. I was not satisfied with the first half either. We were not mobile and we did not have the basic idea that we constantly implement. We failed in simple passing - said Štimac, adding.
- We didn't deserve even a point, absolutely nothing. We lift our heads and move on, we turn to Thursday.
Vinko Marinović congratulated his players and especially emphasized that his team did not allow Zrinjski to threaten them.
- We played very well, we scored three goals. Zrinjski didn't do anything in front of our goal, and I must also praise our fans.
