BiH eliminated Czech Republic and advanced to the quarterfinals of the European Minifootball Championship

(Patria) - The BiH minifootball national team advanced to the quarterfinals of the European Championship tonight, after eliminating the Czech Republic with better penalty shootout in Sarajevo's Skenderija.

In the opening minutes of the match, the Czech representatives had more of the game and were significantly more offensive.

However, Stanić brilliantly stole a ball in midfield, passed it to the other side for the lone Anel Dedić, who scored to make it 1:0.

The Czech Republic equalized in the 19th minute, and a complete turnaround followed in the 24th, when Stranski, after a throw-in, scored to make it 2:1.

After the first half, the score was 2:1 for the Czechs, who continued their attacks in the second half.

However, five minutes before the end, Miloš Urta scored to make it 2:2, which was also the score of the regular part of the match.

The BiH representatives were better in the penalty shootout with a score of 3:2 and advanced to the quarterfinals of the European Championship. The last goal in the penalty shootout was scored by Senijad Ibričić.

The Dragons will play against Romania tomorrow in the quarterfinals at 8 PM in Skenderija.
