Bosnia and Herzegovina's Paralympic team arrived in Sarajevo, Barlov welcomed by schoolmates

(Patria) - The BiH Paralympic team returned to BiH, and were welcomed by families and friends at Sarajevo International Airport. The Mayor of Sarajevo, Benjamina Karić, as well as individual municipal and city council members, were also at the airport.

Ismail Barlov had a special welcome, with his schoolmates greeting him at the airport. Barlov won a silver medal in his discipline, 50 meters breaststroke.

"The feeling is fantastic, and thank you very much for preparing such a welcome for me. The impressions haven't settled yet, I will only realize the success later," said Barlov, mentioning his friend Ismail Zulfić who was also at the airport today.

"Zulfić is my brother, and I would like us to go to the next Games together and bring home gold".

Sitting volleyball players are returning for the fourth time with silver medals around their necks, this being their seventh medal from the Paralympic Games.
A formal welcome for the BiH team was organized at the Sarajevo City Hall, where the athletes headed after collecting their belongings.
