(Patria) - The women's cadet (U-16) national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina achieved a victory today in the first round match of the European Championship Division B, which is being held in Istanbul.
The team selected by coach Armel Mujaković defeated the selection of Portugal with a score of 58:52.
The winning team was led by Lamija Talić (21 points) and Merjem Karray (13), while Ines Coelho (17) was the most effective for Portugal.
The BiH national team plays their next match on Friday against Denmark starting at 12:00 PM.
