
(Patria) - The U-21 national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina drew goalless today at Sarajevo's Grbavica stadium against Slovenia in their fifth qualifying match for Euro 2027.
The first half passed without many chances on either side, and Anes Krdžalić had an attempt that hit the crossbar from distance.
In the second half, Krdžalić, Aldin Mešić, Arjan Malić, and Nermin Mujkić had good attempts, but the nets did not shake.
The BiH team finished the match with one player less, as Malić received a second yellow, and thus a red card, in stoppage time.
Coach Branislav Krunić fielded the following lineup today: Mladen Jurkas, Nedim Keranović (69. Albin Omić), Eman Košpo, Amar Ibrišimović, Anes Krdžalić, Arjan Malić, Emin Kujović, Filip Taraba, Aldin Mešić, Matej Deket (59. Hamza Jaganjac), Muhamed Buljubašić (69. Nermin Mujkić).
The match was also attended by the coach of the "A" national team, Sergej Barbarez, and director Emir Spahić.

The next qualifying match for the U-21 national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be against Israel in Budaörs, Hungary, on March 31st at 5:00 PM.
