'Bentbaša Cliff Diving' scheduled for August 4, diving competition has grown into a summer festival

(Patria) - "Bentbaša Cliff Diving" has become a recognizable brand of the City of Sarajevo, and this year the competition is scheduled for Sunday, August 4.

"Preparations are well underway for the jubilee 10th edition of the diving competition. The best divers from the region will come to Sarajevo to show their incredible skills and courage. We expect spectacular dives that will leave the audience breathless," says organizer Dino Bajrić.

For the first time, "Bentbaša Cliff Diving" will be part of the new project "Bentbaša Summer Fest", which will be held from August 2 to 4 in Sarajevo, at two locations - Bentbaša and Dariva. This year's event is supported by the Ministry of Culture and Sports of KS, the City of Sarajevo, the Old Town Sarajevo Municipality, the Olympic Committee of BiH as a special partner, the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports, the Federal Ministry of Tourism and Environment, JU Protected Areas of Sarajevo Canton, BH Telecom, Privredna banka Sarajevo, Triglav, Fine Food, Admiral, Solazur, Red Bull, Vuse,
Leda voda, Tuborg, and Badel.

"We decided to take a step forward and, in addition to the diving, which is known throughout Europe and the world, organize a unique festival that promises an unforgettable experience for all ages, with a rich program that includes a panel conference, music performances, art performances, educational and sports workshops for children and adults. Thus, on the panel conference, on August 2, we will gather panelists from various fields to share their experiences and discuss important topics concerning the potential of our country's natural resources and their
sustainability. The next day, prepare for top open-air music events with performances by renowned regional and local DJs. For our youngest, and also adults, we have prepared a series of educational and sports workshops. As the icing on the cake, the jubilee 10th edition of "Bentbaša Cliff Diving" will be held.
