Barlov and Zulfić arrived in Sarajevo, the next goal is the best possible preparation for the Paris Paralympics

(Patria) - Ismail Barlov and Ismail Zulfić, two 13-year-old BiH para-swimmers, arrived in Sarajevo on Saturday after the European Championships in Portugal.

Both won medals.

Ismail Barlov won a gold medal in the 50-meter breaststroke discipline, while Zulfić, with a new national record, was 4th in the 50-meter butterfly discipline.

Barlov said that the next goal is the Paralympics and promised to try his best to achieve the best possible result.

Zulfić said he did not expect to swim his personal best but that it happened.

The coach of the BiH para-swimming national team, Amel Kapo, and the coach of these young para-swimmers, said that this is a great result for sports in BiH.

"This is a very good indicator that we are on the right track and I hope we will achieve something beautiful at the Paralympics, but before that, we have competitions in Berlin and Sarajevo," said Kapo.
