AS Holding initiates takeover of Bosnalijek

(Patria) - The Securities Commission of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has approved the publication of a voluntary offer, with which the AS Holding group officially initiates the process of taking over the largest domestic pharmaceutical company - Bosnalijek d.d.

This offer comes after years of uncertainty, speculation, and various attempts to take over Bosnalijek, and it represents the first time that a domestic company, completely transparently and in accordance with all legal principles governing the capital market and joint-stock companies, initiates such a strategic move, writes Biznisinfo.
