(Patria) - Kerim Alajbegović bid farewell to Red Bull Salzburg with a goal against Hartberg in his last match for the Austrian club.
In the final round of the Bundesliga, Salzburg surprisingly lost at home with a score of 3:1, and Alajbegović scored the goal in the 83rd minute, reducing the deficit to 2:1.
For Hartberg, Hoffmann scored in the 22nd minute, Wilfinger in the 42nd, and Kovačević in the 90th minute.
Kerim Alajbegović thus finished his first season in senior football with nine goals and three assists in 28 Bundesliga matches.
In total, Alajbegović scored 13 goals and provided three assists for Salzburg in all competitions this season.
Alajbegović is set to participate in the World Cup and return to Bayer Leverkusen, but it is highly questionable whether he will play for the 'Apothekers' next season, given the many speculations about his transfer to Italy or England.
