Minister Sirovica: Budget for the veteran population will be increased next year as well

(Patria) - A working meeting with representatives of cantonal veteran associations was held today at the premises of the Ministry for Veteran Affairs of the Zenica-Doboj Canton (ZDK).

The meeting summarized the results of the current year, as well as plans for the next year regarding the work of the Ministry and the associations.

- The intention is to solve identified problems together. Today, together with the representatives of the associations, we addressed various issues, and the common conclusion is that we must be available to each other.

We also discussed certain difficulties in the work of the Alliance of War Invalids and I believe that we will have better communication in the coming period.

The budget of the Ministry for Veteran Affairs will be increased again next year, which clearly shows the government's stance towards the veteran population - stated Minister Adnan Sirovica.

Representatives of the associations emphasized that they are satisfied with the work and cooperation with the relevant ministry and the Government of ZDK.
