The Prosecutor's office BiH enlarged the list of suspects, the members of Committee subpoenaed

The Prosecutor's Office BiH earlier today subpoenaed the members of the Committee for Referendum to appear at a hearing as suspects.

The lawyer Milan Petkovic, the member of the referendum committee, received the subpoena from this judiciary institution.

He is requested to a hearing in the case against Milorad Dodik for 'criminal act of the failure to implement a decision of the Constitutional Court BiH, the Court of BiH or the House of Human Rights', it was said in the letter.

Petkovic is requested to appear at the Prosecutor's Office on 10 October, and to give a statement as a suspect in this criminal case.
