Target - BiH: From aggression to aggressive politics

BiH will not to be successful candidate for EU membership until adequate institutional conditions will have been met, those considering the principles of federalism, decentralization and legitimate representation, the EU Foreign Policy Board resolution reads. European report about progress of BiH has seriously 'regressed' us.

Federalization and decentralization of Bosnia and Herzegovina are issues evidently forced on agendas by parliamentarians from Republic of Croatia.

Apart from all of its other positive bits, the Resolution has shown that Europe forgot some key events in Bosnia and Herzegovina of two and half decades ago, and the time of direct TV broadcast of crimes. After the ethnic extermination and persecution of 'unsuitable' nations, is it ethical to be asking democratic European Union to confirm borders of crime?

Is it legally sustainable to seek dividing this country before the key processes before The Hague Tribunal come to a close? Therefore, could anything be 'final' before the final verdict for Karadzic, Mladic, and Prlic et al? When it comes to legitimate representation that Europe is advocating for, electoral legitimacy in BiH lies on the foundations of fear and hatred in the name of ethnic divisions. Over the past two and half decades, we have been told that we should seek solutions on our own and - by agreement.

Problem is that we seek to agree with those whose projects are founded on crime and for whom the best solution is not to agree – ever. Your ordinary citizen of this country may wonder: What to think of Europe where we wish to go and of which we dream as the solution for our children? What to think of Europe if it supports our divisions and feeds ethnic hatred? If it promotes exclusiveness of one group without accepting tolerance of others? What would Europe do with us if we were so divided and cemented with crime?

Why does Europe need our ethnic exclusiveness and radical politics when Europe itself trembles before its own neo-Nazis and racists? Does Europe know that the destiny of BiH is inseparable of the Hague Tribunal? How come the same Tribunal never gets mentioned in debates before this European institution? It's the same as failure to mention Nurnberg process in the context of countering Nazism.

Do Europeans know what is going on in the Hague Tribunal? Do they know that the project which is nowadays gently referred to as 'decentralization and federation' has received its verdict? The joint criminal act has its first-instance criminal verdict in The Hague. Continued games of Republic of Croatia around Stolac and Mostar to hijack those two towns for the third, Croat entity, have kept getting confirmed for years. The story of federalization is the part of unique act that counts on eventual European acceptance of division of this country.

Bosniaks of Mostar and Stolac, who had been massively thrown into concentration camps and then strategically dispersed across the world, have just found out about European resolution as a 'reward' for their concentration camps guards. This country keeps getting divided according to Tudjman – Milosevic agreement.

The best federalization of BiH has been achieved by thorough ethnic cleansing that took place from 1992 to 1995. Federalization is built on the foundations of crime. Decentralization was done on the same foundations, and this country is barely breathing. Next stage would be to cancel its address. There's one more catch yet, the most important and difficult one for Croatia. It concerns the international conflict and aggression on BiH, which have been proven through several court trials.

The aggression of Croatia on Bosnia and Herzegovina has been confirmed through 4 verdicts: Zlatko Aleksovski, Tihomir Blaskic, Vinko Martinovic Stela, Mladen Naletilic Tuta and Dario Kordic. It was also confirmed by the verdict for Jadranko Prlic et al. Croatia is in serious trouble because of war politics of Franjo Tudjman against Bosnia and Herzegovina. Everything they nowadays do in Croatia has that motivation, including the federalization and decentralization promoted at the European Parliament. There are chapters on aggression in all those verdicts, which underline that the goal was secession of part of BiH and its accession to Republic of Croatia.

Tudjman was doing it openly and with arrogance. Large part of the evidence of aggression came from Milosevic and his headquarters. People in BiH ought to know that Serbia and Croatia are not each other’s enemies. The tensions they raise every now and then are artificial and are aimed against Bosnia and Herzegovina. Their goal is this country even in the worst kinds of unique scenario.

Owing to its international friends, Bosnia is aware of details of those obscure deals. Part of those deals are 'Serb chocolate bars' and the plaque of HOS in Jasenovac. That joint scenario is based on an empty phrase that has worked since the times of Tudjman and Milosevic: good relations between Serbia and Croatia are guarantee of peace in the Balkans. But, what do we do about justice for their common victim – Bosnia and Herzegovina?

Covic and Dodik, we suppose, have been re-accredited as extended arms of Zagreb and Belgrade. They are meant to create disorder in BiH, divide, federalize and decentralize the country, and that way prevent (or reduce consequences of) the international justice which will arrive in some shape or form. It may come, at least, as complete and ready truth in form of final verdicts from The Hague about the happenings from 1992 to 1995. Only the truth can bring peace and good to this country. And that truth could not be federalized or decentralized.
