3 months after the assembly in Neum 'Croats – the bearers of European values', Mostar will see another gathering; this time it will be held in honor of the Croat prisoners in The Hague.
The assembly will be organized by the 'Croat Heart of Hope' association at the city stadium where popular singer of nationalist songs, Marko Perkovic Thompson, as well as other Mate Bulic and other Herzegovina singers will partake in the entertainment activities.
Posters spread across Mostar and Herzegovina invite local people to join the assembly of support to be held at the stadium Zrinjski. The poster captures the politics and the understanding of the European values by HDZ and Dragan Covic.
The stadium that was forcibly taken away from Velez (Mostar football team) during the war, only to be given to Zrinjski (Croat football team) by HDZ, the stadium built by all Mostar citizens, the stadium that during the war served as a concentration camp for Bosniaks and Serbs of Herzegovina, will soon host a person banned to have concerts in many European states such as Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Slovenia due to his public glorification of fascism. The concert will be held as an act of support to former leaders of so-called Herzeg-Bosnia (Prlic, Praljak, Coric, Petkovic, Stojic, and Pusic) who are convicted to 111 years in prison.
If Thompson is banned to sing in Europe, what kind of European values could HDZ leader be talking about?!
The assembly of support to 'The Hague martyrs' is nothing else but rubbing salt in the wounds of thousands of people who survived Dretelj, Heliodrom and other concentrations camps.
If Dragan Covic said that milk is black, that would sound far more credible than his story about 'European values'.
