(Patria) - At today's session, the Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton adopted the
Decision on the realization of the first part of the funds planned for the enforcement of court
judgments in 2026, in the total amount of 1,500,000 KM.
The funds are planned in the Budget of Zenica-Doboj Canton for 2026, within the Ministry of Finance, through the Program for the Enforcement of Court Judgments and the Action Plan for the gradual settlement of obligations based on final court rulings.
Following the adoption of this decision, the Ministry of Finance of ZDK will instruct the Canton's commercial bank to carry out technical preparations for the disbursement, which, according to the established plan and agreement with the bank, will begin on March 16, 2026.
The Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton continues with the planned and responsible settlement of obligations based on court enforcement, in accordance with budgetary possibilities and principles of fiscal stability.
