Višković presented exposé, opposing NATO path and aligning with Serbia

(Patria) - The designate for the composition of the new Government of Republika Srpska, Radovan Višković, presented his exposé, emphasizing that economic growth, digitalization, reform of public enterprises, health and social policy, and demographic renewal of Republika Srpska are key reform areas that will be the focus of the new Government.

Višković pointed out that at the first, constitutive session of the new Government of Republika Srpska, three working groups will be appointed, as he believes these activities are a prerequisite for the long-term economic and demographic development of Republika Srpska.

The exposé stated that the most important investment projects that the future Government will work on are the HPP Dabar, HPP Buk Bijela, HPP Foča, HPP Paunci, Bistrica, as well as solar and wind power plants. The construction of highways, bridges, railways, expressways, hospitals in Doboj, Foča, Trebinje, etc. is also mentioned.

EU integration remains a priority, as does the protection of the constitutional order of BiH and RS. Military neutrality is emphasized, and the issue of NATO membership is linked to Serbia's decisions.

Indeed, in regional and international cooperation, Serbia remains the most important partner, while the exposé also mentions "the special place occupied by the Russian Federation," and China and Hungary are also mentioned.

Insistence will continue that the OHR office be closed and that foreign judges leave the Constitutional Court of BiH.

Višković emphasized that the Government of RS is committed to European integration and fulfilling the obligations from the European Commission's opinion, in accordance with constitutional competencies and the adopted coordination mechanism.

After the exposé, Višković read out the names and surnames of the candidates for ministers in the new Government of RS and their biographies.
