Ilidža Municipality Budget for 2024 Adopted at a Record Amount of 60,912,000 KM

(Patria) - At the 29th regular session of the Ilidža Municipal Council, held in the Multifunctional Hall of the Ilidža Municipality, the Ilidža Municipality Budget for 2024 was adopted in the amount of 60,912,000 KM, after which the decision on the execution of the Ilidža Municipality Budget for 2024 was also adopted.

Thanks to the dedicated work of Mayor Nermin Muzur, the Ilidža Municipal Council, and the administration, the Municipality of Ilidža has made a significant leap in terms of the budget amount. Compared to 2023, it is higher by more than 15 million KM, while compared to the Ilidža Municipality Budget from 2020, it has grown by more than 100%.

The Ilidža Municipality Budget for 2024 retains all items related to social protection, support for the veteran population, support in the fields of sports, culture, education, and youth, as well as others, and more than 60% of the funds in the Ilidža Municipality Budget for the next year are intended for the realization of capital projects.

The largest capital projects in the next calendar year are certainly the construction of an elementary school in Stup, the construction of a sports hall in Hrasnica, and the reconstruction of the Lužani kindergarten.

Councilors of the Municipal Council also adopted the Decision on appointing the Investment Manager of the Municipality of Ilidža for 2024.

At today's session, the Municipal Council gave consent to the Work Program of JP Ilidža for the business year 2024, and the Decision on granting scholarships to secondary school students and university students who achieved success in the previous school/academic year and have a certain amount of income per member of the household in the school/academic year 2023/2024 was also adopted.

Today, the Decision on announcing a Public Call for proposing candidates for the awarding of Ilidža Municipality awards was adopted, as well as the Work Program of the Municipal Council for 2024.

A Decision on appointing a Commission for determining and marking the border of the cadastral municipality of Hrasnica with the borders of cadastral municipalities Butmir, Ilidža, Vrelo Bosne, Vojkovići-part, Krupac, Blažuj (Municipality of Ilidža), Donji Hadžići, Lokve and Žunovnica (Municipality of Hadžići), Presjenica (Municipality of Trnovo), as well as a Decision on appointing a Commission for determining and marking the border of the cadastral municipality of Butmir with the borders of cadastral municipalities Dobrinja (Municipality of Novi Grad) and cadastral municipalities Stup, Ilidža, Hrasnica (Municipality of Ilidža) were adopted.
