Association 'Ruku na srce' has been implementing the project 'No Child Without a Gift Package' for 15 years: Become a part of this story too

(Patria) - Volunteers of the Association „Ruku na srce“, for the fifteenth time, are launching our largest humanitarian project
„No Child Without a Gift Package“, with the aim of helping our fellow citizens of lower financial status.

„No Child Without a Gift Package“ is a humanitarian project of the Association „Ruku na srce“ within which we strive to provide New Year's gift packages for children from families of lower financial status. Over the past 14 years, within this project, more than 20,000 gift packages have been distributed to children of preschool and school age throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. Through this project, all these years, we have realized that we cannot change the world, but sometimes even a little is enough to make someone's world more beautiful.

Of course, collecting donations, as well as packing and distributing New Year's gift packages, would not be possible without a large number of our volunteers, as well as our wonderful fellow citizens, donors, and socially responsible companies who each year make a significant contribution to ensuring that as many gift packages as possible are delivered into the right hands of our little ones.

Precisely because of this, to make this story as successful as in previous years, the Association “Ruku na srce” invites students, schoolchildren, fellow citizens, and representatives of companies, associations, and sports clubs to support us and help us ensure that no child is without a New Year's gift package.

All those who wish to be part of this winter magic can donate toys (not necessarily new, as long as they are in good condition), sweets, school supplies, or money. They can also make a gift package themselves and brighten the beginning of the New Year for children whose parents cannot provide these small joys.

This year, donations can be delivered to several collection points in Sarajevo.

- Every working day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Trade Union Hall building - Union of Independent Trade Unions of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Obala Kulina bana no. 1);
- On working days from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Homework Hub premises – Children's House (Grbavička bb);
- From Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the premises of the company Toner.ba (Aleja Bosne Srebrene no. 14);
- On working days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the premises of SSST - Sarajevo School of Science and Technology (Hrasnička cesta 3a);
- Every working day from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Center for Culture and Youth of the Centar Municipality (Jelićeva no. 1);
- From Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the premises of Skripte (Emerika Bluma 9);
- Every working day from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the Center for Culture and Education „Safet Zajko“ (Halilovići bb) and
- On working days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the premises of the company CodeConnect (Pijačna 14k).

If you are unable to deliver your contribution in person, you can also make monetary donations to the Association's bank account (1990490056036171, Sparkasse Bank) with the note: For the action “No Child Without a Gift Package”.

The deadline for collecting all contributions is December 5, 2025, and all our joint successes will be marked by a humanitarian concert to be held on December 10, 2025, at the Center for Culture and Youth of the Centar Municipality.

Also, a humanitarian number for BH Telecom users (090 291 071) is active, through which it is possible to donate 2.00 KM.

This year, the volunteers and the project “No Child Without a Gift Package” have been joined by a little friend from the South Pole. Penguin Lumi, who will work together with friends to achieve the most important goal: as many children's smiles and as many gift packages as possible for children from families of lower financial status. The Association “Ruku na srce” and Lumi invite all interested parties to join the team of volunteers who pack the gift packages and thus become Santa's helpers.
