In preparation for the start of production, RCB Nanotechnology is increasing its workforce

(Patria) - The company, recognized by the Agency for Foreign Investment Promotion of BiH as one of the most significant investors in BiH, has launched the second phase of expanding its workforce in preparation for the start of production in Vogosca at the end of this year.

For all those who want to try their hand at the revolutionary technology of producing regenerated carbon black and products based on silicon and zinc compounds without a carbon footprint on the environment, the good news is that RCB Nanotechnology is looking for individuals with knowledge and skills in the field of process and electrical engineering, plant design, and other related fields.

The project and technology of this multi-million euro German investment in BiH are based on a patent for a highly sophisticated nanotechnology process from the renowned Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Construction.

- Preparations for the official start of production at the end of this year are proceeding according to plan. With that in mind, it is time to strengthen the team with new expert staff who will contribute to our goal of making BiH the first country in the world where nanotechnology is used in the production process of regenerated carbon black that is completely safe for the environment - explains General Manager Hanadi Džabić.

Additionally, the company in Vogosca will also be a training center for staff for all other global destinations where RCB Nanotechnology will expand its business.

- There are many reasons why it is good to be part of our team. We are pioneers in this field worldwide and the first company in BiH operating on the circular economy model. In creating new values, through the technological process, we predominantly use used materials while leaving a positive carbon footprint. And I am especially pleased that BiH is the place where we are introducing this revolutionary technology - concludes Džabić.
