(Patria) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency today carried out the "Cezar" operation in the area of Velika Kladuša, during which one location was searched.
One person was arrested on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of "Forgery of an Official Document" as stipulated by the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The arrested person will be taken to official premises during the day for criminal processing and questioning as a suspect, after which they will be handed over to the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of the Una-Sana Canton in Bihać within the legal deadline for further jurisdiction.
During the search, items related to the commission of the criminal offense were discovered and temporarily confiscated, namely a notary stamp, a general business register, and forensic copies of digital data.
The aforementioned activities are being carried out by order of the Municipal Court in Velika Kladuša and under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of the Una-Sana Canton in Bihać, and in cooperation with police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Una-Sana Canton.
