(Patria) - The prices of residential properties in Croatia in the third quarter compared to the second quarter of 2023 were on average 0.3% higher.
Compared to the third quarter of 2022 (on an annual basis), they were on average 10.9% higher, announced the Croatian Bureau of Statistics.
Eurostat data shows that this Croatian annual growth is the highest in the entire European Union.
The prices of new residential properties compared to the second quarter of 2023 were on average 2.5% higher, and compared to the third quarter of 2022, 12.3% higher.
The prices of existing residential properties compared to the second quarter of 2023 were on average 0.1% lower, and compared to the third quarter of 2022, they were on average 10.6% higher.
Apartment prices in Zagreb rose by 2.4% in the third quarter of 2023, while on the Adriatic coast they were on average 1.4% lower.
On an annual basis, apartment prices were on average 12.1% higher for the city of Zagreb, 8.2% for the Adriatic coast, and 16.5% for the rest of Croatia.
