(Patria) - Gross electricity production in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in October 2025 amounted to 680 GWh, while in the same month of 2024 it was 479 GWh.
In the total gross electricity production, hydroelectric power plants accounted for 33.2 percent, thermal power plants for 56.6 percent, and wind power plants for 10.2 percent.
Production of lignite in FBiH in October 2025 amounted to 379,882 t, and in the same month of 2024 it was 337,146 t.

Production of coke in October 2025 was 20,059 t, and in October 2024 it was 36,836 t.
Import of petroleum products in October 2025 was 116,843 t, and in the same month of 2024 it was 118,987 t. Of the total imports, diesel fuel accounted for 73.4 percent in October, unleaded motor gasoline for 10.4 percent, fuel oil and extra light heating oil for 7.1 percent, and the rest for 9.1 percent, according to data from the Federal Statistics Office.
