Shopping malls in Sarajevo have new working hours due to non-working Sundays

(Patria) - After the Law on Internal Trade, which prohibits work on Sundays, came into effect, shopping malls decided to change their working hours on other days as well, and adapt to the new provisions of the law.

Thus, the Aria shopping mall will work from November 18 from Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 10 PM, while it will not work on Sundays.

Sarajevo City Center announced information about the new working hours, and they will be open every day from 10 AM to 10 PM, except for Sundays.

The first non-working Sunday in the trade sector begins from the upcoming Sunday, November 17.

According to the legal provisions, municipalities can request shops to work on Sundays, but the final decision on this is made by the Government of the Federation of BiH.

When Sunday was declared a non-working day in Croatia, it was decided due to tourism that they can work 16 Sundays a year.

Whether a similar request will be submitted in FBiH, especially due to the upcoming holidays and the large number of tourists, will be shown very soon.
