(Patria) - The Municipality of Ilidža, in cooperation with the Association of Composers and Musicologists in BiH, is implementing the "Street Music 2024" project, featuring street music performances in Veliki park from July 16 to September 1, 2024.
In Veliki park, cover bands will perform live every Tuesday and Thursday for the residents of Ilidža and tourists (Duo guitar band, Exclusive band, Offside band, Fantastic band, Adibey band, Sanchez band, Performance Band, Radar band, and Saga strings quartet) starting at 8:30 PM. On Sundays, attendees can enjoy classical music performed by students from music schools and the Academy of Music in Sarajevo.
The first performance was held on July 16, and the Sanchez band entertained everyone who decided to take a walk through Veliki park and Velika aleja.
This year, the Municipality of Ilidža has also provided screenings of encore programs from the 30th Sarajevo Film Festival for the citizens of Ilidža. The screenings will be shown in the Multimedia Hall - Kino Igman from August 16 to August 23, 2024.
