What is written in the complaint books: Citizens complain about marriage, health, seek soulmates

Observations that citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina leave in complaint books in public facilities are often comical and unrelated to the facility the complaint book refers to, writes the BH news agency Patria (NAP).

Thus, in the complaint books, which Patria journalists reviewed in several public facilities in Sarajevo Canton, citizens often left messages of inappropriate and humorous content.

One citizen from the Municipality of Vogošća complained in the complaint book of Elektrodistribucija BiH that the pharmacy staff was very disrespectful towards him because they did not give him medication despite having a prescription.

- I came to pick up my medication, and they refused to accept the prescription. Truly a shame. I should die here in the pharmacy. I will never come again – wrote the indignant citizen in the complaint book of Elektrodistribucija BiH in Vogošća.

In the complaint books of several catering establishments in Sarajevo, there are also many strange observations. One citizen complained that he had been coming to the establishment for some time but noticed that the women who also frequented the place were very unattractive and that he would no longer be their guest.

- I come to rest and enjoy the beauty of women, and you have brought in some kind of hags, they make my soul ache – wrote the guest.

Another complained that the coffee in that establishment was 1 KM at the beginning of 2014, but when he returned now, the coffee cost 2 KM. Fate would have it, wrote the indignant guest, that he had 2 KM in his pocket and would not be embarrassed in front of the whole cafe.

- And what if I had invited some lady for a coffee? Because of your price increase, I would have sunk into the ground because I wouldn't have had the money to pay. As far as I'm concerned, you can close the establishment because I'm not coming here anymore – he wrote.

In the complaint books, one can also find phone numbers of single men, others complain about bad marriages... One man wrote that he spends as much as 30% of his monthly income in the restaurant because a blonde girl he likes very much works there, so he asks that by his next visit, she also answers in the complaint book whether she is single.

According to the current laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, every public facility must have a complaint book, which should be displayed in a visible place, writes NAP.
