(Patria) - Speaker of the House of Peoples of the BiH PA Nikola Špirić has scheduled a session of that house for April 2nd.
The proposed agenda includes items that were not considered at the last emergency session which was interrupted, as well as two items related to the dismissal of Nikola Špirić from the leadership of the House, and SNSD ministers Staša Košarac and Srđan Amidžić. The House of Representatives of the BiH PA voted for their dismissal on February 25th, but the dismissal must also pass in the House of Peoples. For appointments, the procedure is that only the House of Representatives confirms them.
Špirić has placed the dismissals as the last agenda items, which leaves room for a plan to leave the session of the House of Peoples.
The last session was held on March 4th, and during a heated debate by the opposition from Republika Srpska, but also by some other delegates, Špirić and the other two SNSD delegates left the session, thus collapsing the quorum for the continuation of the 10th emergency session.
Instead of continuing that session, Špirić placed all items as well as dismissal requests on the agenda of the new session.
It is certain that SNSD delegates will support certain laws on the agenda, and when the dismissal of SNSD officials is to be considered, they will leave the session.
