Session of the Presidency of BiH: Budget of BiH Institutions and International Obligations for 2025 on the Agenda

(Patria) - An extraordinary session of the Presidency of BiH is underway, discussing the Bill on the Budget of BiH Institutions and International Obligations of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2025.

This is a new proposal that includes the method of payment of the debt to the Slovenian Viaduct, amounting to 110 million KM. BiH was supposed to pay this debt already, and each day of delay costs an additional 18,000 KM.

Given that an arbitration proceeding was conducted, the state of BiH must now pay the debt, and then the state will recover its money through a recourse lawsuit against the entity of Rs.

The new draft budget plans for the money to be paid from the funds of the Central Bank of BiH, which is not acceptable to at least one member of the Presidency of BiH, Željko Komšić.
