SIPA in Cedevita operation: Large quantity of this beverage seized

(Patria) - State Investigation and Protection Agency police officers, in the previous period, by order of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, carried out the operational action "Cedevita" in the area of Sarajevo, Posušje, and Tomislavgrad, during which they searched several locations.

The operational action was carried out due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that a criminal offense under Article 149, paragraphs (2), (3), (5), (6), (8), and (9) of the Law on Industrial Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina had been committed.

During the search, a large quantity of Cedevita products was discovered and temporarily seized, specifically around 22 cardboard packages of Cedevita of various flavors, suspected of being packaged in bags without a printed laser code, as well as other items that may serve as evidence in criminal proceedings.

The aforementioned activities were carried out in cooperation with police officers from the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the West Herzegovina Canton, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Canton 10 Livno.
