
(Patria) - Indirect tax revenues for the first ten months of 2024 amounted to 9 billion and 544 million BAM, an increase of 744 million BAM or 8.45% compared to the same period in 2023 when they amounted to 8 billion and 800 million BAM.
The ITA returned 1 billion and 726 million BAM to the economy in the period January-October 2024.
Net collected revenues distributed to beneficiaries in the period January-October 2024, namely the state, entities and Brčko District, amounted to 7 billion and 818 million BAM, an increase of 809 million BAM compared to the revenues beneficiaries received from the Single Account in the same period in 2023.
In October 2024, collected indirect tax revenues in a single month exceeded one billion BAM. Thus, 1 billion and 50 million BAM in indirect taxes were collected, which is 115 million BAM more compared to October 2023.
For financing state institutions in the period January-October 2024, an amount of 852 million BAM was allocated. The remainder of collected indirect tax revenues went to the entities and Brčko District. Thus, the Federation of BiH received 4 billion and 276 million BAM from the Single Account, the Republika Srpska 2 billion and 396 million BAM, and Brčko District 241 million BAM.
Based on the special toll for highway construction and construction and reconstruction of other roads (0.25 BAM), the Federation of BiH received an additional 200 million BAM, the Republika Srpska 132 million BAM, and Brčko District 7 million BAM. The difference represents a reserve in the special toll account in the amount of 0.25 BAM.
