SDA REACTION: Schmidt's and the international community's silence makes them accomplices with Dodik and the NSRs

(Patria) - By failing to react concretely to the unconstitutional decisions of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, the High Representative and the witnesses to the Dayton Peace Agreement are becoming accomplices in the attack on the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the direct undermining of the Agreement, and the destabilization of the region, announced the Party of Democratic Action (SDA).

"The amendments to the Law on the Publication of Laws and Other Regulations of Republika Srpska, which abolish the obligation to publish acts adopted by the High Representative and conclusions related to the BiH Constitutional Court, represent the most serious direct assault by the authorities of the Republika Srpska entity on the Dayton Peace Agreement to date.

The High Representative and the witnesses to the Dayton Peace Agreement have an obligation to prevent the adoption of decisions that contradict the provisions of the Agreement, and to sanction those responsible for its violation.

With mild reactions in the form of public statements or even the silence we are witnessing after the last session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, the High Representative and the witnesses to the Agreement are not only failing to fulfill their obligations but are becoming accomplices in the violation of an international agreement, which could lead to a dramatic destabilization of the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region," warned the SDA.
