(Patria) - The average monthly net salary paid per employee in the FBiH for December 2025 was 1,664 KM.
Compared to the previous month, the average net salary nominally increased by 2.6 percent, while the real increase was 2.5 percent.
On an annual level, compared to December 2024, the average net salary nominally increased by 16.5 percent, while the real growth was 12.2 percent.
The average monthly net salary for the entire year 2025 in the Federation of BiH was 1,594 KM.
Compared to 2024, it is nominally higher by 16.1 percent, and in real terms by 12 percent.
