OIL DEALERS AND FBiH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE REACTED: They demand that the Council of Ministers does not adopt the proposed Decision on the Quality of Liquid Oil Derivatives

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The President and Vice-President of the Association of Liquid Oil Derivatives Traders of FBiH, Milenko Bošković and Izudin Ahmetlić, and the President and Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce of FBiH, Marko Šantić and Mirsad Jašarspahić, sent a letter to the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of BiH Borjana Krišto, as well as ministers Zukan Helez (Defense), Elmedin Konaković (Foreign Affairs), and Edin Forto (Communications and Transport), Minister of Civil Affairs Dubravka Bošnjak, and Minister of Justice of BiH Davor Bunoza. 

The letter contained comments on the Draft Decision on the Quality of Liquid Oil Fuels.

"We want to point out all the illogicalities and shortcomings contained in the proposed draft. We are not sure what guided the working group that participated in the preparation of this draft, but by comparing this and all the decisions in force in the EU countries, which should be our guide, we arrive at illogicalities," the letter states.
