(Patria) - A resident of Bjelovar posted on Facebook that he is selling an apartment "suitable for mixed marriages".

The apartment of 55 square meters is divided into two smaller units - one of 35 and the other of 20 square meters.

Searching for an apartment can be a tedious process, and those who depend on renting often encounter high prices, inadequately furnished properties, and demanding landlords.

However, sometimes among the ads you find ones that surprise, either positively or with a touch of humor. Thus, in a Facebook group, an interesting offer for an apartment in Bjelovar appeared.

"I am selling an apartment with a view of two churches, Catholic and Orthodox, suitable for mixed marriages. The apartment has 55 square meters and is divided into two smaller units, of 35 and 20 square meters.



It has one entrance and separate meters. It is located on the fifth floor of the building, and thermal insulation facade and elevator installation are planned.
