8th Innovation Day of AS Holding Held, Best Innovators Awarded

(Patria) - Last weekend, the 8th Innovation Day of AS Holding was held at the Hotel "Monti" on Igman.



One of the largest food groups in Bosnia and Herzegovina has been traditionally organizing Innovation Day for the seventh year, which it first introduced into its operations and which has become part of the corporate culture and the most important values of the group.




The largest member companies of the AS Group are Klas, AS Jelah, Vispak, Solana, Napredak, Fortitudo, which together with other companies form one of the most successful groups in Bosnia and Herzegovina.



Their brands Zlatna Džezva, Oaza, Zlatni puder, Maza, Kent, Vispak and others are on the shelves of over 30 countries.



At this event, employees who gave the best suggestions for innovations and savings in all companies of the group during the year are awarded.



Special guest Abas Arslanagić, a celebrated handball player and coach, the most decorated athlete of Bosnia and Herzegovina, shared his experiences gained on the path to success with about 120 employees of the AS Group.




We were led on a journey into the "world of our values" through an interactive workshop by a multidisciplinary HR and IT team.



The awarded innovators who received recognitions and cash prizes are:

Amir Ibrahimagić from Solana Tuzla won the first prize in the innovation category, and in the savings category, the first prize was won by Mehemed Agić from AS Holding.




Other award winners are: Kata Dusper, Muris Saltagić, Irhad Hadžimehmedagić, Muhamed Muzaferija, Amir Džakmić, Hasan Čimić, Belma Karahasanović, Amna Saračević, Adisa Mervan.








The award for the most submitted proposals for innovations and savings in this cycle was won by the company Klas.



- I am glad that Innovation Day has become a traditional event that has become part of our corporate culture.



This year we had 98 applications for innovations and savings through our specially developed web platform for improving innovations, which showed great interest from employees in improving processes and developing new products - stated Rusmir Hrvić, President of the Management Board of AS Holding.



In addition to the award ceremony and good entertainment, participants enjoyed the natural beauty of Igman through team building activities and hiking.
