(Patria) - StudioArh presented one of the conceptual designs for the future building that will be located at the site of the former Home for the Elderly in the Sarajevo settlement of Nežarići.
The Home for the Elderly in Sarajevo was sold for 20.1 million KM to the company Mont-ing from Visoko in 2021, writes BiznisInfo.
Interestingly, the starting price was 10.3 million KM, which means the property in an attractive location was sold for double the amount.
The company Mont-ing was founded about a year before that. The company is registered for engineering activities and related technical consulting.
There is no information yet on when construction work will begin at this location.
