KS Ministry of Interior: No state of emergency in Sarajevo due to Ceca's concert

Serbian Kurir today reported that a "state of emergency" is prevailing in Sarajevo due to the concert of Svetlana Ražnatović Ceca, wife of the murdered war criminal Željko Ražnatović Arkan, at the FK Slavija stadium in Istočno Sarajevo, writes the BiH news agency Patria.

However, as confirmed by senior inspector Fatmir Hajdarević of the KS Ministry of Interior, there is no state of emergency in the capital of BiH.

- Colleagues from Istočno Sarajevo requested operational intelligence, as they do every time any official visits, and vice versa. I can say that there are no threats to the security of this event – Hajdarević emphasized.

Kurir also states that the concert is of "high risk" and that Ceca will be under the protection of bodyguards of Milorad Dodik, the President of Republika Srpska, and will arrive in Istočno Sarajevo by his helicopter.

Last night, residents near FK "Slavija" and surrounding settlements were forced to listen to the sound check of songs by Arkan's widow, whose concert is being held on the International Day of Missing Persons, writes Patria.
